How do I add BQSuite to my device Home Screen?
Some browsers might include an "Install" icon in the URL bar when the user navigates to the page:
When you select the icon, the browser displays a prompt asking if you want to install the app, and if you accept, the app is installed.
For Apple devices, in Safari click the "share" icon.
In the “share” menu, scroll down past your contacts and suggested apps and tap “Add to Home Screen”.
You will then be redirected to your home screen where you should see your new app saved.
I access BQSuite and only see a blank screen
This sometimes happens after an update. To fix, just clear your browser's cache. On iPhone/iPad, go to Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data. On desktop Safari, go to Develop - Empty Caches. On Chrome, go to Settings - Clear Browsing Data.
I access BQSuite and see Loading...
Either you do not have an internet connection, or your device has parental/security settings that are not allowing connection.
Can I see BQSuite before I subscribe?
There is no free trial period, but if you go to the BQSuite link above there are additional details as well as sample dashboards and screenshots that you can view before subscribing.
How much does BQSuite cost?
The quiz season rates are available at the above link. Each user needs to have their own account.
I click Subscribe (or Manage Subscription) and nothing happens.

Is BQSuite an app or a website?
Both! BQSuite resizes according to your device, and can be added to your device Home Screen so that it looks and acts like an app. BQSuite does require an internet connection.
What do I do if I get an error message?
BQSuite is brand new, so if you notice that something is not working right please contact us. Sending screenshots and videos would be much appreciated as we work to improve your experience.
